FDA Registration Update
Thank you for using Applied Home Healthcare Equipment for your FDA registration. The FDA requires oxygen transfillers to register annually and update their drug listing. If you move oxygen from one container to another, either via gas-to-gas, liquid-to-gas, or liquid-to-liquid filling, the FDA requires you to complete a registration. This form is designed to walk you through the information we will need to complete your registration.
