This search will return the warranty status for any serial-tracked device purchased after December 7th, 2021. If your device was purchased before this date or doesn’t return a warranty status, please contact us at 888-327-7301 option 4 or email orders@oxygo.life
How to find your serial number
PLEASE NOTE: There has been a recent change to the RMA process. Please make sure you select a part number for each of the POC machines that need to be serviced.
- For OxyGo 5-Setting machines, select 1400-1000
- For OxyGo FIT machines, select 1400-2000
- For OxyGo NEXT machines, select 1400-3000
If a part number isn’t selected, the request will be denied and have to be resubmitted.
